Um, What’s The Biebs Looking At?

If I'm being honest, if I looked like this shirtless...I would post pictures of myself all over the internet.  But when Justin Bieber does it, I have to tease him.  Why?  No matter how many times I've given this guy the benefit of the doubt he does or says the dumbest things.  Remember when the Biebs was a cute well adjusted millionaire kid?  Ah the good ole days. ;)  Here's a picture Justin posted of himself on instagram yesterday.  Ladies...enjoy.
