Torn Earlobes

I just bought a pair of big gold hoops and I was so excited to wear them. I thought FINALLY I can wear a pair of earrings that won't tear through my earlobes. Nope, I was wrong. It's so hard when you have torn earlobes to find earrings that aren't so heavy. I heard I could get surgery on them to fix the tear or I could simply get my ears pierced again.
