You'll never guess...

According to Yahoo, Pedialyte baby formula is the best cure for hangovers.  It is given to dehydrated babies and is packed with electrolytes (hence the name).  Hangovers are, in part, caused by the dehydrating effects of alcohol.

Some adults compare Pedialyte to Gatorade but without all the added sugar.

"Pharrell Williams claims to drink it almost every day. Miley Cyrus posed with a bottle of it in a recent selfie. And according to new numbers from Nielsen, adult usage has jumped by almost 60 percent since 2012."

Apparently, athletes have been using the drink for ages to replenish the electrolytes they sweat out on the field.

"Pedialyte packs roughly 100 calories, 1,035 milligrams of sodium, and 780 milligrams of potassium in just 32 ounces. Comparatively, 32 ounces of Gatorade has 240 calories, 420 milligrams of sodium, and 140 milligrams of potassium."

This all makes sense to me because if it's good enough for babies, it's good enough for adults.  I just don't see myself trying it.  I don't have children and the last thing I'm thinking about at store is the baby aisle.
