We're about to see what happens when 19 inches of snow melts rapidly in West Michigan.

After hitting a surprisingly refreshing high temp of 46 Sunday.  Our news partner WWMT is predicting a high of 50 with lots of rain Monday.  Adding insult to possible injury, the forecast is showing a "wintry mix" with high and low temps hovering around the freezing point for the rest of the week.

There are parts of Kalamazoo that is known for it's flooding without the added snow melt.  Remember The flood of April of 2017?

As of right now, a flood watch or warning has not been issued.  We will keep you updated on that situation as it progresses.
