I was born and raised in St. Clair Shores, (a suburb of Detroit) and have always known that the people there are GREAT, but can get a tad cranky at times. I  was reading Mlive and found an article about a couple suing Nintendo over Pokemon.

"ST. CLAIR SHORES — A Michigan couple has taken a neighborhood's fight against Pokémon Go to federal court.

Scott and Jayme Dodich of St. Clair Shores filed a class-action lawsuit last week in northern California against San Francisco-based Niantic Inc., Pokemon Company and the Nintendo Company, alleging the game illegally places Pokestops and PokeGyms on private property without permission, according to court documents.

Pokémon Go is a Nintendo-owned, free, mobile application that has people pushing their Fitbits to the limit as they play the augmented reality, geocaching-like game.

The lawsuit accuses players of the popular augmented reality game as being a "nuisance" and part of the "unjust enrichment of defendants at the expense of the St. Clair Shores property owners," court documents read."

I personally think it is silly. As with all fads Pokemon will soon fad, so people should just relax!
