Slider ‘Most influential burger’? Heck, yes!

No less an authority than Time Magazine says says White Castle’s square “sliders” are “the most influential burger of all time.”.

Odds are you are either says "Amen" or "you're nuts, Benson". Both are true, but for the purposes of this post, let's just say White Castle "sliders" are that special. Now, granted, it would help if we actually had one here, but White Castle is in driving distance within about 90 minutes.

What makes sliders so special is that they work as both lunch, and as neccessary nutrients after a night of partying. And have you tried the jalapeno cheese sliders. My oh my.

So hat's off to Time Magazine for heaping richly deserved praised on the Slider.
