Practice Makes Perfect If You Want Candy

My step daughter Makynzie was so excited over the weekend for Halloween! So I wanted to make sure she had her lines down pat before going out for the big show on Halloween night! 

Now the rule was she could not wear her Halloween costume until Halloween. Mainly because she would totally ruin or get it dirty before. So Friday night she was running around saying "Trick-or-Treat" and we would put something in her bucket. Mostly things that were just close by.

Well I told her if she is going to practice she needed a costume to make it more like really trick-or-treating! So I put the laundry basket on her head she she ran around the house as the laundry lady.

I was surprised she didn't take it right off like she usually does. Nope she ran around the house with that laundry basket on for about 20 minutes and practiced her trick-or-treating!
