Friday night, the K-Wings hockey team fights cancer with purple.

Love hockey?  Love the color purple?  Hate cancer?  Perfect!!!

The Kalamazoo Wings team up with Van Andel Institute and Purple Community to help fight cancer at Wings Stadium this Friday night at 7:30 p.m.  You can purchase a special "Purple Pack" for the game this Friday Night to support disease research and science education at Van Andel Institute.

The Purple Pack is more than just tickets to see the Wings beat the Komets.  It includes an exclusive Purple Community/K-Wings T-shirt, Purple Community drawstring bag, bracelet and ticket to the game. Purple Packs for red-level seats are $25 and $21 for white level seats. $7 from each Purple Pack will be donated to Van Andel Institute. Purple Packs can be purchased as a “special offer” through Ticketmaster or at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office.

And don't forget, it's "3, 2, 1 Countdown to Fun Friday!"  $3 Beer, $2 Pepsi Products, $1 Dogs. This deal runs every Friday for the rest of the season!
