Alright, ink enthusiasts!  I've shown you some of the best in Michigan Pride tattoos, now it's time to determine the best tattoo shop in Michigan.  With all the talent out there, it's a hard task, amiright?  Don't sweat it; it's already been narrowed down to 13... and two local spots made the list!
