"The Michigan Department of Natural Resources randomly selects three winners every year for the Pure Michigan Hunt."

Applications to apply for the drawing cost $5.00 and you can apply as many times as you wish.

The only restriction for the 'Pure Michigan Hunt' is rather simple; non-residents of Michigan can apply for the hunt but they will not receive a license to hunt Elk. The reason for that is Elk hunting is limited to Michigan residents only.
