The classic over done National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation House wanna be home is located here in Michigan.

Growing up in the neighboring city to Grosse Pointe Michigan, it has been a family holiday tradition to drive along Lakeshore Dr. and look at the Christmas decorations.

The drive is beautiful, with Lake St. Clair on side of you,and the other side is lined with incredible mansions decorated tastefully!

Then, you stumble on this masterpiece; I like to think of it as Michigan's very own Griswold house.The house is located at Moross and Lakeshore Dr. and trust me you can't miss it! The many, many, many lights and displays wrap around the house and fill the backyard.

It's so crazy, it is almost pretty (I said almost). And I just have to wonder how much their electrical bill is.
