A reporter saves a man from a sinking car

A reporter named Steve Campion, from WTRK in Houston, was covering the huge flood yesterday.  And just before he started his report, a guy drove his car right into really deep water and started to sink.  So Steve ended up going in the water and rescuing the guy but it was funny, because he got pretty annoyed about it.  The driver was a little confused about what Steve wanted him to do, and at first he stayed in the car while Steve was telling him to get out.
