Last night at Little Caesar's Arena Lady Gaga performed in front of a sold out crowd in Detroit. She put on a stunning performance and shortly after one of her songs, she stopped to read a letter handed to her from a fan in the front row.

A former co-worker of mine, David Cheeks captured this special moment, as she read the letter:

Dear Lady Gaga, thank you for everything you have given society. You have inspired me for ten years and were there for me when no one else was.

The letter continued to go on about how hard it was for them to be comfortable with themselves as a homosexual in a society that looks down on individuality. As soon as she finished the letter she stepped off stage and hugged the writer of the letter.

Gaga continuously proves why she is one of the most loyal artists to her fans and the people she touches.
