Katy Perry – Chained To The Rhythm World Premiere

A very hot new song from Katy Perry hits 103.3 KFR today!

"Chained to the Rhythm" intentionally has a very retro feel.  In fact, I hear a strong Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine sound.

According to Billboard.com,

"Chained to the Rhythm” is the first track from Perry's upcoming fourth album release, and her first single proper in six months. It’s the followup to "Rise," which synched with NBC's coverage of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, and peaked at No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart, her 16 consecutive No. 1 on the survey.

Billboard goes on to tell us about surprise guest appearances on the song like Bob Marley's grandson Skip and pop superstar Sia.
