Kalamazoo Thieves

Car parts are being stolen while we sleep.

I live in an apartment complex not too far from Gull road.  My neighbor, Lindsay, posted this to her Facebook page, "Public Service Announcement: People Suck. Warning to those in the northern Kalamazoo area apartments, especially near Borgess, make sure your cars are in your garage or parked in a well-lit area. Your converters are at risk!"

I asked her how she knew this wasn't just a one-time thing.  She said the guys at the shop who fixed her car said that there have been at LEAST 19 reports of stolen catalytic converters and it's happening late at night.  I immediately parked my car in my garage.  Especially for those who DON'T have a garage, let's get the word out and stop whoever is doing this.
