The Kalamazoo Growlers have had a record breaking season and tonight they get the chance to make history yet again. Last night, in the first day of Divisional play, the Growlers defeated the Kenosha Kingfish 5-3 in an away game to decide who would go to the Division Championship tonight.

It was a dicey situation as the Growlers brought in Joe Boyle, a kid who throws 102 mph faseballs to close the game. After two walks, a single and two strike-outs, the bases were loaded in the bottom of the 9th as Boyle was able to make the Kingfishes' Weiller fly out to centerfield, ending the game. You can watch the final play here:

Tonight with a Growlers win, they will advance to the Northwoods League's World Series for the first time in their history and WILL have homefield advantage, since they were apart of the winning team at this years All Star Game.

Tickets for tonights game are $15 and every ticket comes with all-you-can-eat drinks and food (alcohol not included). The game will be played against the Fond Du Lac Dock Spiders at 7:05 p.m. Tickets can be bought here.
