Drama follows Justin Bieber around like a bad habit. The singer is now being accused of calling a fan a "beached wale" at a hotel in Perth, Australia... and there are witnesses.

This headache and piece of bad publicity comes they day after he called the wahmbulance and was "wah wah wahing" over the media misinformation that surrounds him during a radio chat with Ryan Seacrest.

Now, about that beached whale thing...

A guest is claiming that The Biebs was speaking to four bikini-clad girls lounging by the pool at the Hyatt Regency, where they were also guests. The Biebs reportedly asked, "What are you, Hawaiian or something?"

One of the fans, described as a brunette who was likely a size 14, said, "No, I'm not."

That's when he retorted, "You look like a beached whale!" She responded, "Are you serious?"

It was then suggested that The Biebs told her she should go on 'The Biggest Loser,' which is the reality show where contestants compete to lose weight.

The girl was said to be a Belieber and she reported the verbal abuse to the staff. She was so upset that the comment brought her close to tears. She and her friends left the pool area, looking sad.

A fellow guest supported her story and said that The Biebs used his hands to make a gesture that indicates a big belly.

Helen Robinett, also a guest, made a complaint, as well. She said, "She may appear OK but I work in styling and fashion, I know how women view their bodies, what body image issues women have. That kind of comment can have a serious impact and repercussion. That's why I'm so upset about it."

If true, this story is ironic, since The Biebs went on Ryan Seacrest's morning radio show to talk about his film 'Believe,' in theaters Christmas Day, and how it shows him rising above the other, unsavory side of his stardom.

"What's been going on…behind-the-scenes, people don't really get to see me, I'm really a 19-year-old boy. I am becoming a man, I am 19," he explained about the scope of the film.

Not quite a boy, not quite a man, to borrow an idea from Brit Brit.

The Biebs also said, "I am still finding myself. I have the media attacking me every day. It's no less bullying than what happens in schools...These people, calling me names, saying things. They don't know what's true or not. This movie shows who I am as a person. I want to help people and inspire the world."

He added, "I make mistakes growing up, as everybody does. I'm not perfect. I'm not a robot. People forget I'm a human being. I gotta make mistakes and grow from it and get stronger. I want to become a young mogul."

When Seacrest joked that his family members will be asking for cars as holiday presents, The Biebs joked that he told them there are no presents, just love this year.

We're in shock that The Biebs would call a fan a "beached whale." That doesn't sound like him...especially after he went on air to talk about how much he hates gossip. Let's hope this story is false or a fib.
