Hummus, Pt. 2
Will Harvey was blogging about bad hummus. Hey, here's a novel idea. Make your own.
I make my own hummus. Store bought is stupid expensive. All you need is a blender, a lemon, some Tahini (ground up sesame paste. Every grocery store has it.) Some fresh garlic, olive oil, a red pepper, if you want, and two cans of garbanzo beans (chick peas).
That's it. Stick em in a blender and you've got hummus. Fresher and cheaper.
And then when you've got it down, mess with different ingredients.
