Hide Your Hangover
Here are 5 ways to make yourself look less hungover according to CheatSheet.com
- 1
Take a Shower
You will instantly look and feel refreshed. Wash your hair, and take a few minutes to massage your scalp. Warm water will put you back to sleep so try cold water.
- 2
Fix Your face
Don't skip the shave or the makeup. If you have the sweats, put on extra deodorant.
- 3
Pay Attention To Your Eyes
They probably look really puffy. The smartest thing to do, if you are often hungover, is to buy an eye mask to keep in the fridge or freezer.
- 4
Get Dressed
There’s nothing that screams “I drank way too much last night” more than being dressed for a day in front of the television when you’re at brunch. Don’t want to think about what you’re going to wear? Jeans and a polo shirt is an easy choice that involves little to no thought. It’s even OK to throw on a baseball cap as long as everything else looks good.

Eat, Drink and Be Prepared
Keep things in the house in preparation for your hangover. Before you go to bed, grab a giant bottle of water and put it on your nightstand. Take Ibuprofen and drink as much water as you possibly can before you go to sleep. If you haven’t eaten, try to have a light snack like a protein bar to soak up as much alcohol as possible before you hit the hay.
In the morning, if you still aren’t feeling in tip-top shape, try to eat something. Good old-fashioned saltines are highly digestible. Try to wash them down with water, but if you cannot, drink some ginger ale at the very least. Your tummy will be able to tolerate it better and the sugar will give you a short term energy boost, just enough to take a shower and get on with your day.
