The study, published in Circulation says that better longevity resulting from coffee drinking comes through lower heart disease rates and it's effect on neurological disorders, like Parkinson's Disease.

The lead researcher on the study, Dr. Frank Wu of Harvard, noted that numerous previous studies have show coffee positive effect on diabetes, liver cancer, neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's.

A story published by Health Day quoted Alice Lichtenstein, a spokeswoman for the American Heart Association, saying, "This doesn't mean you should start drinking coffee in the hopes of getting health benefits," but she admitted coffee isn't as bad as some think.

Pretty much all the studies and researchers agree, cream and sugar should be limited.
