There are maybe only a few people I know who have never had their car towed. You just pay the fine and pick it up. Unless you are this guy! He must have seen his car up on the tow truck and decided to jump in his car and try to drive it off the truck. Didn't work! It looks like it is just a normal truck towing the car, so the back end is lifted off the ground and it is probably chained to the truck too. Watch this guy struggle to get his car free!
