Hall & Oates Sue ‘Haulin’ Oats’ Granola

A Brooklyn company sells a hipster granola product called 'Haulin Oates.'

Daryl Hall and John Oates "Can't Go For That, No Can Do."  OK, the jokes write themselves here. "She's a bran eater."

The federal suit claims that the company is profiting off of the duo's fame.

The lawsuit demands that Early Bird stop using the "Haulin' Oats" name and are seeking damages.

Hall & Oates are the biggest selling duo in music history and are in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  They have 29 Top 40 hits that range from 1976 - 1990.
