Now that I am just a few years over 30, I thought it was interesting to see where I was on this scale of habits to kick! Let's see..... I've kicked the sleeping in till noon on the weekends and am up early every morning. The take out and making my own food I struggle with still because I loathe dishes. Last, I am not on the phone as much as I used to be in my mid to late 20s! Watch the video to see all the habits!
