Homer Stryker Field is ready for boating, not baseball.

The Kalamazoo River has been under a flood advisory for the past week.  Apparently, for good reason.

It spilled into Homer Stryker Field, causing the Growlers to cancel games against the Lakeshore Chinooks scheduled for both today, June 27, and tomorrow, June 28.

According to the Kalamazoo Growlers website, "Fans with tickets to any of the two canceled games can exchange them at the Homer Stryker Field box office for any other remaining Growlers regular season home game. For the rescheduling of special group accommodations please contact the Growlers office at (269) 492-9966."
