Gorilla Gourmet and Final Gravity Serving Five-Course Dinner

The graceful and majestic Gorilla Gourmet is taking a break from being one of the best food trucks in Kalamazoo to bring you an evening of five-star dining. They've teamed up with Final Gravity Brewing Company for a five-course meal and beer pairing Friday, January 18th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. It all starts with a Mead and Greet (don't you just love that?) at 5:00 with samples of the latest Final Gravity meads. Then, according to their Facebook page, the courses that follow and their beer pairings are as follows:

1st- Whitefish, Avocado & Grapefruit ~Woo Hoo Poo Poo
2nd- Roasted Pepper, Duck and caramelized cheese~ Uranus on Fire
3rd- "Fattoush" greens, poached grapes & Green onion vinaigrette ~ 3 Fat Monks
4th- Smoke-N-Fire Chicken, charred citrus onion and dates ~ King Tut
5th-"Tiramisu"- Coffee, Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate ~ Eye Opener
