It's your chance to enjoy downtown Kalamazoo with great events, martinis, shopping and more! You can do all the things that you have wanted to.

SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES:
Relax with Yoga
- 10-11 am
- Down Dog Yoga (316 S. Kalamazoo Mall, Suite 108)
- Cost: $5
- Start your day off right with an hour long yoga class. Plus, $5 off your next class at Down Dog Yoga Center!
Mixer Elixers with Angie Jackson
- 7 sessions (every class will be different)
- 1 pm, 1:30 pm, 2 pm, 2:30 pm, 3 pm, 3:30 pm, and 4 pm
- Sticks and Stones (124 S. Kalamazoo Mall)
- Cost: free
- The Elixer Fixer herself Angie Jackson will be mixing up good times at Sticks & Stones. Get some fun cocktail history while learning and sipping on fine hand crafted cocktails. A variety of cocktails will be crafted so stick around for a lot of fun and have more than one!
- Look for Angie's classes the third Thursday of every month at Sticks & Stones Portage location.
- Must be 21 or older.
Intro to Pilates and Barre
- 11:30 am - 12:20 pm (barre) or 12:30 - 1:20 pm (pilates)
- Pilates in Kalamazoo (169 Portage St.)
- Cost: free
- *Limited to 15 people for each class, please arrive 10 min. early*
- Join in on a class to experience barre or pilates. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and get settled in. Wear comfortable, breathable work out attire and socks or bare feet. Sticky Barre socks are also very helpful. Participants should be pain/injury free at the time of class and have permission to be working out from their health care provider (if needed).
