Portage and the People's Co-op are bringing back the Farmers Market to Portage beginning this Sunday, May 1st.

According to M-Live, the market will be open from Noon to 4 P.M.  Sundays through October 30th.  It will be at the Portage Senior Center, 320 Library Lane next door to the Library.

The market is set to feature 30 vendors which will include, food trucks, fruit and vegetables, meat and cheeses, live music, artists and much more.

The market was open last year on a trial basis and due to the attendance gave the city a reason to bring it back on a regular basis.
