Excuse Me, I Ordered the Large Steak

Don't judge me!

OK, I didn't really eat the whole thing.  In fact, the 3 of us enjoyed some of this bad boy with green beans and acorn squash and still had over half of this slab of meat left over.  When Suzannah took this steak out of the oven I had to take a picture of it.  The picture really doesn't do it justice.  It must be 3 or 4 inches thick.
