Did Your Street Get Plowed Yesterday?

Or, did the snow removal angels forget about you completely?

I understand that I get up earlier than most. I wouldn't expect the snow plows to come down the side streets of Kalamazoo or Comstock at 3:30 a.m. However, snow removal NEVER happened on street where I live. In fact, I just got a tax bill for hundreds of dollars which included "snow removal."
