Last night was the "March of Dimes" Singnature Chefs Auction, which was amazing! I was invited to be a judge and endured 28 dishes from 14 local restaurants. Thanks to their hard work (Raddison, Field Stone, Bold, The Union, Zazio's, Gorilla Gourmet, Rustica and more.) The banquet hall was gorgeous as if someone was getting married. Wonderful people and just a wonderful cause to be apart of.
