This will be my Purple Pilgrimage 2.0.  While in Minneapolis for a radio conference, I will stop by Paisley Park to make one of my dreams come true.

I've been a HUGE Prince fan my entire life.  I've had the chance to see Prince in concert 7 times in my life.  I own 2 authentic Prince cloud guitars and one custom Prince Symbol guitar.  Don't get me started on the amount of Prince music I own.  It's borderline ridiculous.

This will be my second Paisley Park VIP tour.  I took my first Paisley tour last October.  You can check that out by clicking here.  There is a HUGE difference with this tour.  Paisley Park will record me singing Prince vocals in the legendary Studio B.  I may or may not play the recording for you on the KFR Morning Show when I get back.  Let's see how it goes.

According to the Paisley Park website,

SPECIAL BONUS FOR VIP TOURS ON THURSDAYS: VIP tour ticket holders will have the unprecedented opportunity to record live vocals over a short segment of a Prince song in the legendary Studio B control room – the same studio where Prince recorded countless hits, including songs from Sign O’ The Times, Graffiti Bridge and Emancipation. VIP tour ticket holders who record in Studio B will be able to take the live mix home with them on USB. This is included as part of the VIP tour ticket.

If you are interested in taking a tour of Paisley Park click here.  The General Admission tour are $38.50 and the VIP tour is $100.  If you are a big Prince fan like me, you MUST spend the extra money for the VIP tour.
