Crazy Neighbor Stories

On Friday I was swimming at my friend's pool and noticed the neighbor boy fully dressed in soldier garb, while shooting his air rifle at his trees. This is the second time that I have seen this kid manning his backyard like he is in battle. Once I saw him wearing a ghillie suit, in which  he was trying to see if we could see him. I don't know if I should be concerned or not, but it does make me feel uncomfortable. Does he just want to be in the military someday or is he going to be in the news someday for doing something bad?
