The Clarkston Union located in an old church building, in Clarkston, Michigan has created the most amazing Mac n Cheese dish ever made. So good, in fact, that they have served more the ONE MILLION dishes of it. They were even featured in an Mlive story in 2015. Made with Vermont sharp cheddar & mild Pinconning layered with Penne Rigate & a crunchy crust. The description alone makes me hungry. This could be a one tank trip for some sight seeing and great food before the return home.
