The work out fad CrossFit has been incorporated into high school physical education classes for a couple years around Las Vegas.  Now it's stretching it's way to the Midwest.

This has many parents very concerned.  We are no strangers to the reports of severe CrossFit injuries.  Crossfitters are no strangers to working out until they vomit.

It's not just High Schools.  The Chicago Tribune spoke to Stony Creek Elementary,

"I think it's a great way to teach kids lifelong fitness, especially those kids who aren't interested in hockey or soccer or basketball," said teacher Tracy Haraf of Alsip's Stony Creek Elementary, which devotes half of its PE days to CrossFit exercises. "They think it's tough, but I think they have a lot of fun doing it."

Theresa from Portage called the Morning Mayhem to show her support for Crossfit,

"as long as they have the right coaching.  You have the right coaching that encourages and motivates."

Would you support CrossFit coming to Kalamazoo Public Schools?
