Heart-breaking news.

The Army Black Hawk was on what the U.S. military called a "routine training mission involving the Marine Special Operations Regiment" when it down in the water by the Panhandle town of Navarre, Florida near Eglin Air Force Base 8:30 p.m. (9:30 p.m. ET) Tuesday, according to CNN.

Seven of the servicemen are Marines, and four others are Army crewmen, CNN reported.

Authorities have yet to announce names of the missing or how the helicopter went down, but they are saying fog most likely had something to do with it, according to CNN.
