Art Deco Or Trash In Downtown Kalamazoo

On Waters Street in Downtown Kalamazoo I thought I saw an art deco piece, but upon further inspection, I think it's just trash.

Heading over to HopCat for a yummy burger, I stumbled upon what I thought was an art piece in a fenced in vacant yard. At first, it looked like a dinosaur. As I walked closer it started to look like a dog. When I got to the yard, I realized that it was...an alien?....ummmm....nope. It is.....not sure.

Art is not something I know about but I really think this looks like an artists take on Urban renewal.
