Are You Eating Expired Leftovers?

I am the guy who is always checking the expiration, or as some stores label it now "sell by", date on EVERYTHING!

Well you can't check the expiration date on things like Thanksgiving dinner. Still it can't last forever in the refrigerator. So how long do they last?

According to stilltasty.com, not that long!

• Turkey - Fridge, 3-4 days
• Stuffing - Fridge, 3-4 days
• Mashed potatoes, yams, green beans - Fridge 3-5 days
• Apple pie (Baked) - Fridge, 2-3 days
