He has won an Emmy, a Golden Globe, is a star of Saturday Night Live and he is coming to perform in Michigan.

Alec Baldwin will be joining the University Musical Society for a dramatic reading of "Death of a Salesman" on September 29th in Ann Arbor. Baldwin will play the lead role of 'Willy Loman' and will be joined on stage with student actors, facility actors and directors from the University of Michigan's Theatre and Drama Department.

Mlive.com reported that...

The reading marks Baldwin's first time in the role, according to UM. Tickets for the performance are sold out, but those interested in attending can contact the UMS Ticket Office at 734-764-2538 to be added to an interest list.

The other really cool thing about this performance is that Arthur Miller, who wrote the play graduated from U of M. The play, 'Death of a Salesman' was written in 1938, won a Pulitzer Prize for drama in 1949, as will as the Tony Award for best play.

I know tickets are sold out, but it would be incredible to hear this reading with Alec Baldwin is the star...may I can scalp some tickets?!?...KIDDING!
