Sixty degrees on January 21st is not exactly a normal occurrence in West Michigan. It may have even caught some by surprise as the forecast really didn't mention sunshine until early on Saturday morning. The day was filled with joggers wearing lighter clothing, and long lines at car washes in the morning and midday hours. Some enjoyed lunches on outdoor patios, the ones that weren't down for the winter.

Here's some late afternoon pictures around Kalamazoo as the thermometer read 60.
