Have you ever had Cincinnati style chili?  I think it's time we got a Skyline Chili in Kalamazoo!

I was first introduced to Skyline Chili in 1998 when I moved to Indianapolis.  I was instantly obsessed.  Luckily the next two places I lived (Fort Myers, FL and Cincinnati, OH) both had Skyline locations to feed that obsession.

According to Wikipedia,

Skyline Chili is a chain of chilirestaurants based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 1949 by Greek immigrant Nicholas Lambrinides, [2] Skyline Chili is named for the view of Cincinnati's skyline that Lambrinides could see from his first restaurant (which has since been demolished), opened in the section of town now known as Price Hill. It is also the "official chili" of many local professional sports teams and venues, including the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Cyclones, Columbus Blue Jackets and the Kings Island theme park,[3] and also sponsors the Crosstown Shootout, an annual men's college basketball rivalry game between the city's two NCAA Division I teams, Cincinnati and Xavier.

You can only find Skyline in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Florida.  The closest one to Kalamazoo is in Fort Wayne, IN.
