1 Man Dead In Kalamazoo Shooting

One person is dead and two injured in shooting at a Kalamazoo intersection.

According to News Channel 3, Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers responded to the corner of Mabel Street and North Westnedge Avenue in reference to the shooting and found the 38-year-old man on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound.  The man was taken to Bronson Hospital where he later died.

A second and third victim were taken to hospital with gunshot wounds but are said to be in stable condition.  Police told WWMT that the shooting happened following a fight in the area and the shooting is still under investigation.
